DELIVERY
All Misk Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This might take up to 2 to 3 weeks. The jewellery will be shipped from Dubai, UAE to your country by expert courier.
The international shipment is free of charge for orders above 5000AED, however custom taxes and duties might apply. Please contact the authorities of your country if you are unsure about the amount.
UAE DELIVERY POLICY

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
We are pleased to offer free international shipment for purchases above 5000.00AED
Your order will be delivered by our expert couriers and will be packed in our branded boxes. Delivery times may vary, depending on the stock of the pieces, you will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order. Any description and information concerning the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are provided for information only and may vary on the delivered piece.
All international deliveries will shipped only after payment confirmation and funds credited in our account.
Confirmed payments will receive the tracking number within 48 hours.
Note:
For Payments by Bank Transfer please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Our courier cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box address you may request the shipment to be held for pickup. The receiver will then be able to pickup the shipment at the local courier station.
Please note that custom taxes and duties are your responsibility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
All Misk Jewellery purchases are Non-refundable under any circumstances. We do Not accept returns, except for the exchange of items that are faulty due to manufacturing defects.
Exchange Policy:
We offer a 14-day exchange period from the date of purchase, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and has not been tampered with. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
Faulty Items:
Faulty items will only be accepted if they are delivered to the customer damaged or exhibit a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery. Items deemed to be subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
Exchanges for faulty items will be made for the same item, subject to availability. Please contact our office within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
MISK JEWELLERY will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the “UAE Law”.
Please note that delivery times may vary, depending on the stock of the pieces. You will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
