RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-day returns on in-stock pieces
Changed your mind? Return any in-stock piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be unworn, in its original box, with its certificate and tags intact.

Made-to-order pieces
Pieces crafted specially for you — bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and items made to your size — can be exchanged or credited within 30 days, but cannot be refunded. We always tell you before you order whether your piece is in stock or will be made for you.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can be returned only if their seal is unbroken.

If something is wrong with your piece
If a piece arrives damaged, or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund it — your choice. Beyond 30 days, our craftsmanship guarantee covers manufacturing defects for 12 months.

How to return
Email info@miskjewellery.com with your order number. Within the UAE we arrange collection at our cost. For international orders we provide a prepaid label; return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Refunds
Once your piece is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
